Program details, litter dates and available puppies shown on the site can change; our staff always have the current word.
Applications & inquiries
The interest form on our Contact page and the Google Form linked from our Indi page are how you reach us to apply for a service dog, raise a puppy, volunteer, or partner with us. Submitting a form is not a guarantee of placement, acceptance, or approval — our team reviews every inquiry individually.
Donations
Donations are processed by Givebutter, a third-party platform, under Givebutter's own terms. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Hearts of Gold Legacy Canines is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The photos, words and design on this site belong to Hearts of Gold Legacy Canines. Please don't reuse them without asking.
